I provide individual counseling for all sorts of humans and I am particularly experienced in helping people process and resolve past traumas. I also specialize in working with adolescents and see teens who are at least fourteen years old.

ADOLESCENTS

People often ask me, "why do you like working with teens?" Here is my answer. I LOVE working with teens. They consistently amaze me with their insight, fresh perspective and honesty. Because of the uniqueness of the therapeutic relationship, I have the opportunity to experience individuals as their true selves, something many people - especially adolescents - try to hide. I am always honored and excited to see my young clients become more comfortable in their own skin and build the confidence they need to handle the trials of their adolescent years and continue to grow into healthy and successful adults.

ABOUT ME

I am a native Oregonian through and through. I have an endless appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us; and find peace in spending time in our giant forests and ocean beaches. I attended Oregon State University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science and George Fox University where I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
